• AM: Meet 9:00 AM → Tour 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
• PM: Meet 1:00 PM → Tour 2:00–4:00 PM
• Sunset: Meet 3:00 PM → Tour 4:00–6:00 PM
The zipline adventure is approximately 2 hours in length. First half hour is dedicated to check-in, handling of safety equipment and safety chat.
Between 7and 68 years of age.
IMPORTANT: Children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult from their group for the duration of the tour. Participants aged 13 and older are allowed to join the tour independently, without adult supervision.
Participants must be under 230 Ibs. If the participant is 6' tall or taller we accept a maximum of 250 Ibs. Waistline must be under 42' to make sure the harness fits securely. If the participant is 70 lbs or less we do a tandem-ride where the certified tour guide goes along with the participant to make sure they make it across the ziplines. There are no height restrictions.
No pregnancies and no recent injuries or surgeries are allowed.
We suggest booking as soon as possible since there is limited spacing for our tour sessions.
The tours need to be 100% prepaid with a major credit card. We do not accept cash the day of the activity.

Comfortable shorts, good traction sneakers, rain jacket (optional), small backpack and your own water. Flip-flops, regular sandals or Crocks are not allowed. Good tractions sandals like
Keens. Tevas or Chacos are allowed. You can bring your camera or cellular and carry it in a dry bag in your backpack. The customer who made the payment must present a Photo DI and the physical credit card used. Ecoadventure Ziplining is not responsible for lost items in our premises.
Yes, we take off rain or shine. Bring your rain-jacket if you have any. We only cancel due to severe thunderstorms or flooding. In this case a full refund will be provided.
The zipline courses consist of 5 ziplines fluctuating between 500 to 1,000 feet long.
It is not uncommon to have a fear of heights. Many people who have a fear of heights are still able to enjoy our ziplines which fluctuate between 50 and 250 feet high.
We do not allow walk-alongs in the tour. The guests which are part of a group doing the tour but are not participating on the tour must stay ni the Mojito Bar check-in area where they can purchase food, enjoy refreshing beverages, use the restrooms, enjoy the beautiful views of the subtropical forest and watch the adventurers land in their last zipline.
The activities of ziplining. the canopy bridges and hiking must be performed to complete the adventure course in the subtropical forest. It is the only way to make ti across the forest safely with the rest of the group. We do not offer packages that only include ziplining.
We provide roundtrip transportation from the San Juan tourist area for $35 + tax per person. Customers have the option of renting a vehicle or have someone drive them there. You can take a taxi (preferably) or Uber.

You can also put 'MUSEO DEL NIÑO, CAROLINA (Children's Museum) into your GPS which is very close to the Hacienda Campo Rico. Once you pass the museum, which is going to be on your left hand side going east in Roberto Sánchez Vilella Avenue, continue straight and the road will end in Hacienda Campo Rico. We meet specifically in the MOJITO BAR.
Coming from SAN JUAN (Going east - Approx 5 to 30-minute drive, depending on your location and on traffic): Take Baldorioty Avenue (#26) East ("Este") from San Juan to Carolina. Baldorioty Avenue runs parallel with the main airport. Approximately 2-3 minutes after you pass the airport you will see a construction site on the right side of the avenue, then get off on Roberto Sanchez Vilella Avenue exit, continue to the 2nd Exit 12B (also known as Campo Rico Avenue East - "Este") and go over the bridge. (HINT: Follow the Museo del Niño brown signs.) Continue all the way straight, pass 5 traffic lights to the end and you'll see the entrance of Hacienda Campo Rico. Once you enter through the guarded gate you'll make a right turn, then the road leads you to the left, and then make a right in the intersection. Continue straight and after the lagoon on your right you'll see a terracotta colored house where you can park. Follow the stairs up to the Mojito Bar where you will find Campo Rico Ziplining's Check-In kiosk.
Coming from FAJARDO or RIO GRANDE (Going west - Approx. 1.5 hour drive):
Take Route #3 West to Expressway 66 West ("Oeste"). Pass the $1.50 toll booth. Stay in the left lanes and continue on Baldorioty Avenue (#26) West ("Oeste"). Get off on Roberto Sanchez Vilella Avenue exit #12. (HINT: Follow the Museo del Niño brown signs.) Continue straight, pass 5 traffic lights to the end of the road, and you'll see the entrance of Hacienda Campo Rico. Once you enter through the guarded gate you'll make a right turn, then the road leads you to the left, and then make a right in the intersection. Continue straight and after the lagoon on your right you'll see a terracotta colored house where you can park. Follow the stairs up to the Mojito Bar where you will find Campo Rico Ziplining's Check-In kiosk.
Coming from DORADO (Going east - Approx. 2 hour drive):
Take Expressway 22 East ("Este") and go towards San Juan. Go through the Minillas Tunnel and go East ("Este") on Baldorioty Avenue (#26) towards the main airport in Carolina. Baldorioty Avenue runs parallel with the main airport. Approximately 2-3 minutes after you pass the airport you will see a construction site on the right side of the avenue, then get off on Roberto Sanchez Vilella Avenue exit, continue to the 2nd exit 12B (also known as Campo Rico Avenue East - "Este") and go over the bridge. Take Expressway 30 going West ("Oeste") and then Expressway 52 North ("Norte") towards San Juan. Go through the Minillas Tunnel and go East ("Este") on Baldorioty Avenue (#26) towards the main airport in Carolina. Baldorioty Avenue runs parallel with the main airport. Approximately 2-3 minutes after you pass the airport you will see a construction site on the right side of the avenue, then get off on Roberto Sanchez Vilella Avenue 2nd exit 12B, (also known as Campo Rico Avenue East - "Este") and go over the bridge.
